According to Tigran Abrahamyan, secretary of the "I have honor" faction of the RA NA, the topic of border adjustments between Armenia and Baku is either at a standstill or is again in the stage of behind-the-scenes discussions.

"After ceding territories to the Republic of Baku (ed.) in the Baghanis, Voskepar, Kirants sectors, the RA governor does not give any explanation why the regulation of border adjustments has not been agreed with Baku until now, and that it is very important, why Baku has ceded territories without complete agreements.

Of course, it is very difficult to call what is happening delimitation, because what that process entails can only be called delimitation with strict reservations.

This is a process of taking Armenia piece by piece, which the CP leader is trying to package under a balloon-band-gap-barbed-wire operation," wrote Abrahamyan.
