80.3 percent of those surveyed in July believe that the Constitution of Armenia should remain unchanged, 11.7 percent believe that some provisions should be changed, and 3.3 percent believe that the country needs a completely new Constitution.

Aram Navasardyan, director of the Armenian office of the "Gallup" international research center, said this during a meeting with journalists on July 10.

He noted that earlier, before Azerbaijan's President Aliyev's demand to change the RA Constitution, the numbers were different. "Particularly, only 38.1 percent of respondents in January believed that the RA Constitution should remain unchanged, 34.2 percent believed that some provisions should be changed, 13.4 percent believed that the country needs a completely new Constitution." Navasardyan added.
