Ilham Aliyev's assistant Hikmet Hajiyev said in a statement to journalists:

"Azerbaijan expects that Armenia will stop its territorial claims against Azerbaijan on constitutional grounds. We understand that the constitution is an internal issue of every country. But if there are claims to the territory of another state according to the constitution, they should be stopped.

Referring to the OSCE Minsk Group, Hajiyev noted that Azerbaijan offered Armenia and Azerbaijan to jointly apply to the OSCE to stop the Minsk Group's activities, because according to him, there is no need for an institution like the Minsk Group to remain. if there is no conflict, what is the reason for the existence of the Minsk Group?
