Azerbaijan, which is not a member of the CSTO, influences the internal decisions of the CSTO through these countries, and in 2025, Turkey and Azerbaijan will, in fact, already have officially united military forces.

After this precedent, CSTO member Armenia creates similar relations with NATO member France.

On the other hand, there are different approaches to the Russian-Ukrainian war in the NATO member states, in particular, Hungary is obstructing the aid provided to Ukraine, Slovakia is moving in that direction, and the future behavior of the strengthening right after the future elections is difficult to predict.
