The President of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Ebrahim Raisi, stated that the Zionist regime failed to destroy more than 2 million people of Gaza. According to "Detq", Iran's pro-government "Mehr" news agency reports that Raisi said this in a televised address to the country's population on the occasion of the Iranian New Year.

Raisi emphasized that the Iranian year 1403 will be the year of increasing production volumes. According to him, the year 1402 was a year full of devastation, which was accompanied by an important event. "Both good and bitter events took place. However, despite everything, the country registered development in all areas," he said.

According to the president of Iran, the country has recorded economic growth of 4 percent for three years, while in the 90s this indicator did not exceed 1 percent. He noted that the year 1403 will be the year of boosting production and economy, reducing inflation and serving Iranians more.

Referring to the enemy's efforts to harm Islamic Iran, Raisi said that the presence of the Iranian population in various areas disappointed the enemy.

The President of Iran also condemned the crimes committed by the Zionist regime in the war against Gaza. "The dictators of the world provided the Zionist regime with the most modern bombs and billions of dollars in aid to destroy two million people living in Gaza, but they failed," he concluded.
