The Prime Minister of Armenia, Nikol Pashinyan, said during a meeting with members of the Communist Party in Gyumri yesterday that a painful transition from historical Armenia to real Armenia is taking place. According to him, the mission of the "Civil Agreement" is to guide the transition of the Armenian people and the state from historical Armenia to real Armenia and to ensure long-term institutional development.

What does real Armenia mean, and why does the RA Prime Minister constantly talk about abandoning historical Armenia? Regarding the topic, "Detq" spoke with public-politician Narine Dilbaryan.

According to our interlocutor, it is a false contrast, because peoples have different borders at different stages of their history, but this does not mean that these states are real or not real.

"First, what does historical Armenia mean? All nations have their history, during which they existed within different borders, but borders are not the only thing that determines the idea of statehood. In other words, demarcation-demarcation is usually done in case of controversial events, in accordance with the relevant constitutional norms, now artificially calling it Western or historical Armenia, contrasting it with an Armenia whose borders are not even clear, it simply means giving up the idea of independent statehood. And if we put it briefly, we must say that the number one threat to the territorial integrity and sovereignty of the Republic of Armenia is today's Prime Minister and his government, because they are constantly questioning the existing borders of the Republic of Armenia, and let's remember that they refer to the Soviet times, and in Soviet times, Armenia had an area of more than 30,000 square kilometers. There was even a time when Armenia and Artsakh had a common border before the formation of Red Kurdistan. In other words, the confusion about these borders is caused by relying on some maps, and the maps are not a state document and the constitution, the maps change at an amazing speed, outside the agreements of the states," said N. Dilbaryan.

He also emphasized the fact that when Azerbaijan left the USSR, it recognized itself not as the successor of the Azerbaijan SSR, but as the successor of Democratic Azerbaijan, therefore, referring to those maps is, in fact, strange.

For Narine Dilbaryan, it is also unacceptable that the Prime Minister of Armenia goes around villages showing some miniature of the map of Armenia. "It is, in fact, the mockery of Armenia, it often loses the piece of Artsvashen, does not even raise it, and constantly tells us that Azerbaijan has not recognized that 29,800 km square, and considers itself the real Prime Minister of Armenia. Now what is that real? We know that the real term is neither state nor political, so what he says is absurd. What is real to you today may not exist tomorrow. At one time, the USSR was a reality, then it ceased to exist, or, say, the Ottoman Empire was a reality, but today it does not exist. And not every state knows its borders clearly at the moment. Let me give another example. For a long time, Israel was a state only on paper and in the thinking of Jews around the world, but they managed to turn it into a real state, and the current government of Armenia is doing the opposite - the formed state, moreover, the two states - Artsakh and Armenia - are being destroyed, and not only territorially. , but also ideologically. The member of their party, the President of the National Assembly, refuses to meet with the leadership of the Artsakh Republic, says that I will accept him as an ordinary citizen, but not as a representative of the Artsakh Republic. In other words, they completely reject Artsakh. They handed over the territory, we understand, but they reject Artsakh in general, the word Artsakh has become a taboo. Even now, they are gradually going the way of making the Republic of Armenia a taboo, that's why he is not the real prime minister of Armenia, but of non-Armenia," our interlocutor noted.

Narine Dilbaryan also emphasized that the citizens of Armenia are being threatened with war today, but the strangest thing is that the Prime Minister of Armenia does not even say that there will be no war after the destruction of Armenia.

"For example, yesterday's repressive actions against the "Fighting Brotherhood", illegal arrests, etc. have one goal: to open a green way to destroy the real Armenia," the public-politician summed up his speech.
