Celik referred to Armenia's decision to recognize Palestine as a state

Omer Çelik, the spokesperson of the ruling Justice and Development Party in Turkey, referred to Armenia's decision to recognize Palestine as a state during a press conference after the party's central executive board meeting. This was reported by the Turkish "TRT Haber" news site, according to "Detki".
The Turkish official stated that Palestine and the Gaza Strip are primary issues for everyone and in this context referred to Armenia's decision. "Like Spain, Ireland, Norway, Slovenia, Armenia has made a decision to recognize the state of Palestine. We were satisfied with that."
