Political analyst Hakob Badalyan writes in the Telegram channel: "Let's draw attention to one circumstance. The so-called "Karabakh Declaration" of the Organization of Turkic-speaking States was signed in occupied Shushi. Let's remember that Turkish President Erdogan did not participate in that summit, clearly using the Turkey-Netherlands quarter-final as an opportunity not to participate.

Of course, under the so-called "Karabagh declaration" there is the signature of Turkey, by the hand of the vice president, but nevertheless, the "monopoly" of the Shushi declaration signed between Baku and Ankara in June 2021 was actually broken.

After all, the members of the Organization of Turkic-speaking States are countries that today have a much closer relationship with Beijing than with Ankara: Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, and Azerbaijan has already signed a declaration of strategic partnership with China. In that context, as a matter of fact, a trend of geopolitical transformation of the Organization of Turkic-speaking States is outlined, where Russia and China can play a "mysterious" role.

By and large, we can notice a remarkable circumstance. It seems that two leaderships are clashing in that organization: Sino-Russian, with the "hand" of Azerbaijan, and British, with the hand of Turkey. Another remarkable circumstance in relation to this is that the president of the self-proclaimed Republic of Northern Cyprus was also present at that summit in occupied Shushi, undoubtedly not without Turkey's approval".
