"The European Union's decision to send military aid to Armenia after France's steps to equip Armenia with "Bastion" multi-purpose armored vehicles and "Caesar" self-propelled artillery units is a very wrong and dangerous step and serves to increase tensions in the region," MFA spokesperson Aykhan Hajizade said, "According to the decision adopted by the Council of the European Union on July 22, within the framework of the European Peace Fund, it is planned to provide military aid to Armenia in the amount of 10 million euros.How would you interpret this decision?

According to him, "Such activities of the European Union are obviously one-sided and biased, and are a manifestation of the policy of creating "divisive lines" in the region."

"The European Union should put an end to such steps that contribute to the policy of arming and militarization of the region, and understand that there is no alternative to peace and cooperation in the region," he said.
